Weather slightly delays Hwy. 12 bridge replacement
(Editor's note: the Minnesota Department of Transportation has released the following update on progress in replacing the Highway 12 railway bridge on the border of Independence and Maple Plain. Hwy. 12 is closed in the area, and detour traffic is following County Road 6.)
